1 | Autotelaio & carrozzeria - main European & USA versions Keith Bluemel The V-8 series of models started out in 1974 by using a traditional separate welded tubular chassis frame, which had been the backbone of all Ferrari road cars since the start of production in 1947, and continued with this arrangement for fifteen years until the announcement of the 348 series in 1989. This latter series of models broke with tradition by having unitary body/chassis unit, although the engine cradle remained a tubular frame bolted to the main structure. |
